Instead of terminating on the term date1, a tenancy2 of an agricultural holding3 for a term of two years or more continues as a tenancy from year to year unless either party gives written notice4 of intention to terminate the tenancy not less than one year nor more than two years before the term date5, or unless the tenant dies before the term date6.
