No claim by a tenant1 under a farm business tenancy2 for compensation for improvements3 is enforceable unless before the end of the period of two months beginning with the date of the termination of the tenancy4 the tenant has given notice in writing to his landlord5 of his intention to make the claim and of the nature of the claim6, and any such claim by a tenant must7 be determined by arbitration8.
