The provisions applicable to the determination of the tenancy of an allotment1 differ according to whether the allotment concerned is an allotment garden2, an agricultural holding3, or a farm business tenancy4, or is in none of those categories. If the allotment is an allotment garden it cannot also be an agricultural holding or a farm business tenancy5, and special provisions apply to the determination of its letting6.
