The provisions applicable to the determination of the tenancy of an allotment1 differ according to whether the allotment concerned is an allotment garden2, an agricultural holding3, or a farm business tenancy4, or is in none of those categories. If the allotment is an allotment garden it cannot also be an agricultural holding or a farm business tenancy5, and special provisions apply to the determination of its letting6. If the allotment is an agricultural holding the tenancy may be determined only in accordance with the provisions of the Agricultural Holdings Act 19867. If the allotment is let on a farm
