613. Provisional order for charge of sanctioned improvements under Improvement Acts.

The Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers1, if satisfied as to the permanent value2 of proposed improvements, may sanction the improvements by an order called a provisional order3. The provisional order must name the landowner to whom it is issued, express the greatest sum to be charged and the rate of interest and term of years for the repayment thereof (the interest rate to be such as the Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers may from time to time authorise
