If the Tribunal1 is satisfied, on the application by the tenant2 of an agricultural holding3, as to the matters mentioned below, it may direct the landlord4 to carry out, within a period specified in the direction, such work for the provision, alteration or repair of fixed equipment5 as will enable the tenant to comply with requirements imposed by or under any enactment6.
