559.     Notices and disputes regarding landlord's compensation for general deterioration.

The landlord1 must have given written notice2 to the tenant3, not later than one month before the termination of the tenancy4, of his intention to claim compensation for general deterioration5. Any dispute in respect of the landlord's claim for such compensation is to be determined by arbitration or third party determination6.
