510.     Inter vivos agreements.

A succession may take place by agreement where the landlord1 and tenant2 agree that the tenant should retire and a new tenancy be granted3, or the existing tenancy assigned4, to a person who at that time would have been a close relative5 had the tenant died immediately before the relevant grant or assignment6.
