The Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers1, and their officers, have the same powers for the purposes of an inquiry under the Allotments Acts2 as they have for the purposes of an inquiry under the Public Health Acts3. Notices of the inquiries must be given and published in accordance with such general or special directions as the Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers may give4.
