Where an agreement for the hiring of land1 has been made2, the council entitled to hire the land3 may, at any time and on giving not less than 14 days' notice to each owner, lessee and occupier of the land, enter on and take possession of the land or such part thereof as is specified in the agreement without previous consent or compliance with the statutory provisions relating to entry on land compulsorily acquired4.
