A direction1 by the Tribunal2 entitling the nominated successor to a tenancy3 of the holding4 so entitles that successor with effect from the relevant time5 and on the same terms as those upon which the holding was let immediately before it ceased to be let under the contract of tenancy6 under which it was let at the date of the giving of the retirement notice7.
