Special provision is made for the determination by arbitration1 of:
(1) rent in pursuance of a statutory review notice2;
(2) disputes arising from a refusal of, a failure to give, or any variation in the terms of a tenancy3 required by the landlord4 as a condition of, consent to the provision of a tenant's improvement5;
(3) any claim for compensation for tenant's improvements6; or
(4) any dispute relating to rent review, in any case where the provisions relating to rent reviews7 are excluded8.
