Where the tenant1 under a farm business tenancy2 has remained in the holding3 during two or more such tenancies he will not be deprived of his right to compensation4 by reason only that any tenant's improvement5 was provided during a tenancy other than the one at the termination6 of which he quits the holding7.
The landlord8 and tenant under a farm business tenancy may agree that the tenant is to be entitled to compensation on the termination of the tenancy even though at that termination the tenant remains in the holding under a new tenancy
