707. Compensation for disturbance of allotment garden.

Where land1 is let for use by a tenant2 as an allotment garden3, or to a district, parish, London borough, or, in Wales, a community, county or county borough council4, or an association5, for the purpose of being sublet for such use, and the tenancy is terminated, as to the whole or any part of the land comprised in it, by statutory re-entry6, by the termination of the landlord's7 tenancy8, or, where the landlord is a local authority which has let land previously unoccupied9, by the termination of its right of occupation10, the tenant is entitled, notwithstanding any agreement
