Where allotments1 are let under a farm business tenancy2, any compensation payable to the tenant will be in accordance with the statutory provisions as to compensation on the termination of such tenancies3 and not under the Allotments Acts4. The tenant is entitled to compensation for improvements which add to the letting value of the holding on the determination of the tenancy
