531. Change of tenancy or tenant where relevant improvements claimed.

Where the tenant1 of an agricultural holding2 has remained in the holding, or in any agricultural holding which comprised the whole or a substantial part of the land comprised in the holding, during two or more tenancies, he must not be deprived of his right to compensation under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 in respect of relevant improvements3 by reason only that the improvements were made during a tenancy other than the one at the termination of which4 he quits the holding5.
