In default of agreement, the compensation1 under a contract of a tenancy, not being a farm business tenancy2, must be assessed by the valuation of a person whom, unless agreed upon by the landlord and tenant3, must be appointed by the County Court4. If the amount agreed or determined is not paid within 14 days, it may be recovered upon order made by the County Court as money ordered to be paid by the County Court under its ordinary jurisdiction is recoverable
