A person may appeal to the Secretary of State or, as the case may be, the Welsh Ministers1 against a stop notice2 or a remediation notice3, and a person may appeal to the Secretary of State against a screening notice4, on the grounds that Natural England5 or (as the case may be) the Welsh Ministers did not have power to serve the notice or include a particular requirement in it, that there has been some material irregularity, defect or error in, or in connection with, the notice, or that any of the requirements of the notice are unreasonable6.
