Every smallholdings authority1, the Secretary of State and the Welsh Ministers2 must, once in any year3 during which any smallholding4 on a smallholdings estate5 becomes available for letting6, cause a notice to be published7 stating that they provide smallholdings for letting, describing the location and types of smallholdings on the estate or available for letting, and setting out the requirements to be fulfilled by tenants8.
