The lead enforcement authority1 may withdraw approval of a redress scheme2 which is for the time being approved by it3. Before withdrawing its approval the lead enforcement authority must give the scheme administrator4 a notice stating that it proposes to withdraw its approval and the grounds for the proposed withdrawal, and giving the administrator an opportunity to make representations on the matter5.
