202. Who should be notified of intended registration.

Before making an application to register1 an instrument creating an enduring power2 the attorney must give notice3 of his intention to do so to the donor4 and no more than three5 (in this order of preference6) of:

  1.  

    (1)     the donor's spouse or civil partner7;

  2.  

    (2)     the donor's children8;

  3.  

    (3)     the donor's parents9;

  4.  

    (4)     the donor's brothers and sisters, whether of the whole or half blood10;

  5.  

    (5)     the widow, widower or surviving civil partner of a child of the donor11;

  6.  

    (6)     the donor's grandchildren12;

  7.  

    (7)     the children of the donor's brothers and sisters of the whole blood13;

  8.  

    (8)     the children
