The lead enforcement authority1 must establish and maintain a register on which are entered particulars of every prohibition order2 and warning order3 and of its decision on any application for revocation or variation4 of such an order5. Provision is made for the rectification of this register by the lead enforcement authority6 and for the removal of out-of-date particulars7. Any person may inspect the register and take copies, and obtain a certified copy of any entry on payment of the prescribed fee8.
