265.     Keeping of permanent records.

As from a day to be appointed1 a person engaged in estate agency work2 is required to keep permanent records3, and must ensure that there is included in those records4:


    (1)     information given relating to the services to be provided, remuneration and agreed contractual variations5;


    (2)     information given concerning the nature and extent of the agent's personal interest, if any, in a transaction6;


    (3)     any offer of a prescribed description received by the person concerned and any prescribed information relating to the making
