Where it appears to the Public Guardian1 that there are circumstances suggesting that, having regard to all the circumstances (and in particular the attorney's relationship to or connection with the donor) the attorney under a registered enduring power of attorney2 may be unsuitable to be the donor's attorney, he may require the attorney:
