The effect of the registration of an instrument creating an enduring power1 is that:
(1) no revocation of the power by the donor is valid unless and until the court2 confirms3 the revocation4;
(2) no disclaimer of the power is valid unless and until the attorney gives notice5 of it to the court6; and
(3) the donor may not extend or restrict the scope of the authority conferred by the instrument and no instruction or consent given by him after registration may confer any right on, impose or confer any obligation on or create any liability of the attorney
