The court1 must direct the Public Guardian2 to cancel the registration of an instrument creating an enduring power3:
(1) on confirming4 the revocation of the power5;
(2) on giving a direction6 that the power is to be revoked7;
(3) on being satisfied that the donor is and is likely to remain mentally capable8;
(4) on being satisfied that the power has expired or has been revoked by the mental incapacity of the attorney9;
(5) on being satisfied that the power was not a valid and subsisting enduring power when registration was effected10;
(6) on being satisfied that fraud or
