289.     Appeals against prohibition orders and warning orders.

A person who is notified1 that the lead enforcement authority2 has decided to make a prohibition3 or warning4 order in respect of him, to refuse an application for the revocation or variation of such an order5, or to make a limited variation of such an order pursuant to such an application6, may appeal against the decision to the First-tier Tribunal7.
