109. Agent wrongfully prevented from earning remuneration.

Subject to the operation of statutory provisions relating to commercial agents1, an agent who is prevented from earning his remuneration by the conduct of the principal is entitled to recover damages only if he can show some term of the contract of which the principal is in breach2.
