3 Enforcement of duties and challenge of powers

The enforcement of performance of the duties of a corporation incorporated by royal charter may be sought by an application for an order in the nature of mandamus if the duty is in the nature of a public duty1, and its powers challenged by proceedings in the nature of quo warranto in the Queen’s Bench Division.
