70 Information duties of the Coal Authority

The Coal Authority is under a duty to establish and maintain arrangements for public access to information which it holds1. Provision is made under the Coal Authority Act 1994 in relation to liability for inaccurate information furnished to the Coal Authority2. The Coal Authority is under a duty to keep confidential information which it possesses which relates to the affairs of an individual or business unless consent is given3.
