52 Reddendum of certain rent and mineral royalties

It is usual in mineral leases to reserve a ‘certain rent’ as well as royalties varying with the amount of minerals worked or sold, the proceeds of sale, or the numbers of articles manufactured or articles made from the minerals worked, such as bricks.
