36 Conveyance in consideration of mineral royalties

If minerals are sold in consideration of a royalty which varies with the amount of minerals worked, the seller is entitled, without express stipulation in the contract, to have a clause inserted in the conveyance enabling him to enter and measure the quantity of the minerals worked, and if the contract contains provisions as to the manner of working, a clause giving a right to enter and view the working1.
