Where it is not possible by reasonable enquiry to ascertain the identity of any of a film’s principal director, screenplay author, dialogue author or commissioned music composer and it is reasonable to assume that copyright has expired or that the last of these persons died 70 years or more from the beginning of the calendar year in which an act is done or arrangements are made in connection with the film, then the copyright in the film will not be
