96 Advertisement of sale of artistic work

A copy of an artistic work may be made and issued to the public for the purpose of advertising the sale of the work1. However, if any copy lawfully made under this provision is subsequently dealt with2 for any other purpose, it will for the purposes of that dealing be treated as an infringing copy, and if that dealing infringes copyright, it will be an infringing copy for all subsequent purposes3.
