95 Representation of artistic works on display

The copyright in a building and in a sculpture, a model for a building and a work of artistic craftsmanship which is permanently situated in a public place or in premises open to the public will not be infringed by the making of a graphic work representing it, a photograph or film of it, or by the broadcasting of a visual image of it1. A work made in accordance with this provision may also be issued to the public or communicated to the public without infringing copyright2.
