69.4 Reader access

A deposit library must ensure that only one computer terminal is available to readers to access the same relevant material at any one time1.

In the case of relevant material which is work published online, at least seven days must elapse from the date of delivery of that material to the deposit library before a reader is permitted to view it2.

Rights owners may request a deposit library to withhold access to relevant material from readers for a specified period of time (not exceeding three years from the date on which the request
