51 Incidental inclusion of copyright material

The incidental inclusion of any description of copyright work in an artistic work, sound recording, film, or broadcast does not infringe copyright1 nor does the issue to the public of copies, or the playing, showing, or communication to the public of the resulting work2. A musical work, words spoken or sung with music, or that part of a sound recording, or broadcast which includes a musical work or such words, will not be regarded as incidentally included in another work if it is deliberately included3, for example if music
