30 Broadcasts

Copyright in a broadcast will expire 50 years from the end of the calendar year in which the broadcast was made1.

Copyright in a repeat broadcast expires at the same time as the copyright in the original broadcast. No copyright therefore arises in respect of a repeat broadcast which is broadcast after the expiry of the copyright in the original broadcast2.

Where the author of the broadcast is not a national of an EEA state, the duration of copyright is that to which it is entitled in the country of which the author is
