Copyright in a film expires 70 years from the end of the calendar year in which the death occurs of the last to die of the following persons whose identity is known (or becomes known before the end of the period specified in Paragraph 29.5 or Paragraph 29.6 below):

  1. 29.1

        the principal director;

  2. 29.2

        the author of the screenplay;

  3. 29.3

        the author of the dialogue; or

  4. 29.4

        the composer of music specially created for and used in the film1.

If the identity of none of these persons is known, copyright expires:
