195 Persons entitled on succession

A resale right in respect of a work is transmissible as personal or movable property by testamentary disposition or in accordance with the rules of intestate succession, but only to a natural person or a ‘qualifying body’1 and may vest by operation of law in the personal representative of a deceased person2.
