192 Ownership of resale right

The resale right vests in the author of a work to which the right applies1. The ‘author’ of a work is the person who creates it2. In the case of a work of joint authorship, ie a work created by two or more authors3, the resale right belongs to the authors as owners in common4 and in equal shares5, unless otherwise agreed6.
