188 Revived copyright in a work of co-authorship—exercise of moral rights

As noted earlier1, where the copyright in one of the works comprised in a work of co-authorship had expired prior to 1 November 2013 but the other work was still protected by copyright at that time, the copyright would be revived in the work in which it had previously expired.

The following provisions apply with respect to the exercise of moral rights in relation to a work comprised in a work of co-authorship2 in which there is revived copyright:

  1. 188.1

        Any waiver or assertion of moral rights which subsisted immediately
