184 Transmission on death

Upon the death of a person entitled to be identified as the author or director of a work, a person entitled to object to derogatory treatment of his work or a person with a right to privacy to certain photographs and films, such rights pass to such person as the deceased directs under his will1 or, in the absence of such direction, to the person to whom the copyright in the work passes2.
