182 Right against false attribution of work

182 Right against false attribution of work

A person1 has the right:

  1. 182.1

        not to have a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work falsely attributed to him as author2;

  2. 182.2

        not to have a literary, dramatic or musical work falsely represented as being an adaptation of the work of that person3;

  3. 182.3

        not to have a copy of an artistic work falsely represented as being a copy made by the author of the artistic work4, and

  4. 182.4

        not to have a film falsely attributed to him as director5.

The right is infringed by any person who:

  1. 182.5
