181.3 Film

In the case of a film, the right not to have one’s work subjected to derogatory treatment is infringed by anyone who:

  1. 181.3.1

        shows in public or communicates to the public a derogatory treatment of the film; or

  2. 181.3.2

        issues to the public copies of a derogatory treatment of the film1.
