178 Supplementary provisions as to fraudulent reception

There is provision in the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 19881 for Sections 297 and 298 to be applied by Order in Council to programmes included in services provided from a country or territory outside the United Kingdom and to programmes and encrypted transmissions sent from a country or territory outside the United Kingdom. An Order in Council has been made in respect of Guernsey2.
