175 Presumptions with regard to publication right

There is a presumption as applied to publication right1 where proceedings are brought under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 Part 1, Chapter 6 (ss 96‒115) by the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 19962.
