150 Variation or discharge of order extending scheme or licence

The owner of the copyright in a work which is made the subject of an order extending a scheme or licence may apply to the Secretary of State for a variation or discharge of the order1. The Secretary of State will not consider such an application within two years of the making of the original order or within two years of the making of any subsequent variation order unless he considers the circumstances to be exceptional2.
