148 Implied indemnity for reprographic copying

This provision relates to schemes for licensing reprographic copying of published literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works or the typographical arrangement of published editions and to licences granted by licensing bodies for such copying, where the scheme or licence does not specify the works to which it applies in such detail as to enable licensees to be certain that a work falls within the scheme or licence by inspecting both the scheme or licence and the work in question1.
