144 Licences for educational establishments for recording broadcasts

In relation to references and applications by or on behalf of educational establishments in respect of a licence to record broadcasts which include copyright works or to make copies of such recordings, for educational purposes, the Copyright Tribunal must in considering what, if any, charges should be paid for a licence have regard to the extent to which the owners of copyright in works included in the broadcasts have already received or are entitled to receive payment in respect of their inclusion1.
