141 Effect of order of Tribunal as to a licence

A person entitled to the benefit of an order made by the Tribunal with regard to a proposed licence or the extension of an expiring licence will, if he pays the relevant sums to the licensing body (or undertakes to do so if they cannot yet be ascertained) and complies with the other terms of the order, be in the same position as regards infringement of copyright as if he had at all material times been the holder of a licence granted by the owner of the copyright in question
